The most intensive and joyful two weeks of Orientation 2022 are approaching! On August 22, the most exciting event in the life of the AUCA community will begin 鈥� the university will welcome our new freshmen! Prepare your happy faces and communication skills, they are necessary for everyone!

We are very pleased to announce the appointment of Dr. G枚rkem Atsungur as a Chair of the International and Comparative Politics Department. Gorkem has been working with us since 2012. He received his B.A in International Relations from Cyprus International University, his M.A in European Studies from Istanbul Bilgi University, and his Mgr. in Political Science 鈥� European Politics from Masaryk University in the Czech Republic.

Michael Freese will be serving as the Dean of Student Affairs starting from August 1st.

AUCA students of the Sociology Department - Aizura Batyralieva, Parwin Faizi, Waris Ahmad Faizi are studying at Otto-von-Guericke-Universit盲t (OVGU) in Magdeburg, Germany. The Sociology Department provided students with full scholarships under 鈥淓rasmus + mobility grants鈥� for the semester.

On July 18th, 2022, at AUCA, the opening of summer camp 鈥淢y School鈥� organized by ProKG took place.

The Anthropology departement Is hosting three interns from the Central European University, Austria.

On June 16, 2022, the MAT (Masters of Arts in Teaching) of the 番茄直播 was awarded by 鈥淏est Programme鈥� Award by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic and The Agency for Quality Assurance in the Field of Education 鈥淓DNET鈥�.
