On May 6-7, the annual Central Asian Cup, an international grand debate tournament, occurred within the walls of AUCA (番茄直播). The tournament traditionally brings together the strongest speakers from across Central Asia.

The OSUN听Liberal Arts and Sciences (LAS) Collaborative听welcomes Doug Haynes for a 90-minute, online discussion of his recent Times Higher Education article on听"Liberal arts teaching should go interdisciplinary."听

At the end of April, the Anthropology Department of AUCA held a conference, "Central Asia: New Local Forms of Knowledge, Art, and Practice,鈥� attended by scientists, researchers, and public figures from different countries.

Leveling the Learning Curve: OSUN听Partners Seek to Expand the Walls of Higher Education

During the training that took place on April 25, 2023, at the 番茄直播 (AUCA) in collaboration with the Open Society University Network (OSUN), we took the time to get to know Matyas Szabo better, the Senior Program Manager at the Yehuda Elkana Center for Higher Education of the Central European University (CEU).

On May 20, a grandiose cultural event, "Kyrgyz Miracle" (芦袣褘褉谐褘蟹褋泻芯械 褔褍写芯禄), will be held on the lawn of AUCA, organized by the showroom "Fashion House".

The decision to participate in BGIA was driven by the fact that I could study and intern for academic credit in the centre of New York City (the first thing to come to mind when you think of the 鈥楢merican dream鈥�).
