Recruitment workshop AUCA Business School hosted an immersive RECRUITMENT WORKSHOP to equip students with tools to plan and act on their professional journey.
The workshop was designed and implemented by Bermet Talasbek kyzy, Strategic Development Officer of the Business School. We invited recruiters and managers from our partner organizations to share their expertise: Coca-Cola Kyrgyzstan, KPMG, MBANK, and Namba Group graciously shared their expertise with the attendees. The event kicked off with a PANEL DISCUSSION discussion on the requirements of the sector and the talents they hire. During the CV DIAGNOSTICS session that was built in a 鈥渟peed dating鈥� format, students went through a total of over 50 rounds of resume reviews by our experts. Students received personal tips on how to compile a resume that impresses recruiters to advance to the next level of interviews and how to improve their current offline and online profiles. The MOCK INTERVIEW session gave students a chance to experience an actual interview in the breakout rooms of iHub and was marked by some students receiving coveted job offers. Overall, the Recruitment workshop was a transformative experience and gave our Business students valuable guidance on building career strategies, and empowered them to navigate after graduation successfully.
