On October 29, 2023, undergraduate Business Administration students from the Blockchain for Business course and professor Saikal Anvar kyzy participated in 听organized by the Union of Banks of the Kyrgyz Republic. The main topics of this conference were 鈥淒ecentralized Finances, Blockchain, and FinTech,鈥� 鈥淐ybersecurity and Payment Instruments,鈥� as well as 鈥淓ducation and Professional Development in the Financial Sphere.鈥� Students learned about the recent trends in FinTech or TechFin, as was noted by the speakers, studied the advantages of the blockchain, and met professionals in this field from Kyrgyzstan and abroad. The conference was one step forward towards appreciation of the blockchain in Kyrgyzstan and recognition of the necessity of the digital transformation of the national economy.
