My name is Marsel Sadykov. I graduated from the Psychology Department at AUCA in 2023. My academic journey at AUCA was a transformative and enriching experience that left an indelible mark on my personal and intellectual growth. From the moment I stepped onto AUCA's campus, I knew that I was embarking on a journey that would shape not only my education but also my worldview and sense of self. Reflecting on my time at AUCA, I am filled with gratitude for the opportunities, challenges, and growth that I experienced. The university's commitment to fostering intellectual curiosity, cultural understanding, and a sense of responsibility to society has left an enduring impact on my life. The friendships I formed, the knowledge I acquired, and the skills I developed during my years at AUCA continue to shape my personal and professional endeavors, underscoring the transformative nature of my academic journey. When it comes to the most enjoyable experience during my time at the ·¬ÇÑÖ±²¥, it was undoubtedly the vibrant and diverse community that permeated every facet of campus life. The sense of belonging, the friendships forged, and the shared experiences created an environment that was not only academically enriching but also personally fulfilling. Most importantly, The New Generation Academy (NGA) at AUCA has been a beacon of guidance, support, and transformation in my academic journey. I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to NGA for playing a vital role in fostering my development and facilitating my achievements during my time at AUCA. The impact of the NGA will forever remain an integral part of my academic journey and personal development.ÌýUpon completing my Bachelor Degree at AUCA, I have been granted admission to the Master of Arts program in Industrial/Organizational Psychology at Elmhurst University in the United States. This exciting opportunity marks the next step in my educational journey, allowing me to delve deeper into the field of psychology and contribute to the understanding of human behavior in organizational settings.

Currently, I hold the position of a senior partner at Sk Motors enterprise. Our primary focus involves the exportation of automobiles from South Korea to countries within the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS). Our overarching goal is to provide top-quality vehicles to the CIS markets while establishing a reputation for reliability, trustworthiness, and customer satisfaction. We are committed to sourcing vehicles that meet stringent quality standards and delivering them efficiently to our clients. By leveraging our extensive industry knowledge and a well-connected network, we aim to contribute to the transportation needs of the region while promoting economic growth and collaboration between South Korea and the CIS countries.Ìý

Addressing AUCA students, I extend three pieces of advice: Firstly, cultivate curiosity by venturing into subjects beyond your major, fostering a varied skill repertoire and honing critical thinking. Secondly, foster significant bonds with peers, educators, and mentors, recognizing that these associations can offer insights and prospects transcending academia. Lastly, establish well-defined goals for personal, academic, and vocational advancement, and maximize the utility of AUCA's available resources.
