AUCA, in cooperation with the Geneva Graduate Institute for International and Development Studies, has launched the 1st module of the Executive Diploma Program in Development Policies & Practices

On July 3, the first module of the Executive Diploma in Development Policies and Practices (DPP) for the participants from Central Asia and the Caucasus started at the ·¬ÇÑÖ±²¥. The program brings together another intake of mid-level professionals from Armenia, Georgia, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, and Uzbekistan. At the opening ceremony, participants were welcomed by the leadership of the AUCA and DPP and by the Ambassador of Switzerland to the Kyrgyz Republic.

During the Module in Bishkek, they will cover research methods and strategic management tools and enhance communication and leadership capacity with the faculty of the Graduate Institute and AUCA. Besides, participants will also learn from each other about diverse practices globally and have an opportunity to immerse in the development context of Kyrgyzstan through field trips and meetings with different stakeholders.Ìý

They will also engage in preparing professional theses. The programme will culminate with the final module in January 2024 in Geneva, where participants can visit various international organisations headquartered there and enhance their soft leadership skills.
