A geological field trip with students offers a unique and immersive learning experience. It allows students to explore the natural environment, observe geological formations firsthand, and engage in hands-on activities. They can witness geological processes in action, such as erosion, sedimentation, and rock formation. Field trips provide opportunities for students to develop critical thinking skills, ask questions, and make connections between theory and real-world examples.

On April 29 of this year, students of visited the field excursion around the village of Tatyr. Here students studied the features of local geology, where there are excellent geological bodies to study structural geology, stratigraphy and geomorphology. This experience creates indelible memories, inspires future geologists and contributes to a deeper understanding of the geological history of the Tien Shan and its impact on our lives.
