On April 15th, the AUCA Development Office/Career Office organized one of the major events under the wings of the 番茄直播. Career Fair 2023 was attended by many students and companies who came to recruit, network, and have fun. The fair was filled with guest lectures, prizes, and other exciting activities, making it a memorable experience for everyone.

The Career Fair 2023 was organized by the AUCA Development Office in collaboration with various companies from different industries. The fair aimed to allow students to meet potential employers, learn about different career paths and gain valuable insights into the job market.

The event kicked off with an opening speech by Bermet Tursunkulova, Director of AUCA Development. She welcomed all the gathered participants, sponsors and partners of the fair and introduced the event schedule. After the opening ceremony, students had the chance to visit different booths set up by participating companies. Each booth's representatives provided information about their company's culture, job opportunities, and requirements.

Apart from networking opportunities, there were also competitive activities such as the "Sales Start Contest" and "Creativity Contest", in which students sold random items and various sets of different skills to representatives of companies. This year the prize fund has reached 800$!

听

In addition to all these exciting activities, there were parallel lectures from the respective alumni of AUCA. These lectures gave students valuable insights into what it takes to succeed in today's competitive job market. They drew a parallel between students and graduates, clearly showing them that their experience is essential for the real world.
